It's so easy for us to notice the mistakes or missing parts of other people's work because we mainly look at their final result rather than the process as a whole with all its detailed complexity of the personal daily life.

Although, we know for a fact that each one of us can do better, but for the time being.. Showing appreciation to others work is very much important. Because without knowing that what we do is good, the mistakes can take up the whole picture, and ruin whats been accomplished.
